CHANDRA L. HORNE was born in Houston, Texas, in 1977. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 2000 and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2003.

While at South Texas, Ms. Horne was a member of South Texas Law Review. She earned membership to the Order of Barristers in 2003. Ms. Horne was a member of Four Varsity Mock Trial Teams, including the Michigan State Trial Advocacy Competition where she was a semi-finalist and received a Best Speaker Award, the American Association for Justice National Trial Advocacy Competition where she was also a semi-finalist, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association National Trial Competition where she was a quarter-finalist.

Ms. Horne’s practice includes, among other things, Employment Law, Real Estate And Title Insurance Cases, as well as General Civil And Commercial Litigation.

Ms. Horne is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and Texas Young Lawyers Association.
