Mr. Moore's practice includes:

• Representing both sellers and buyers of commercial real estate, representing landlords and tenants in commercial leases, negotiating and preparing financing documents for real estate acquisitions,and representing lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions.
• Counseling clients on a wide range of strategic transactional matters, including formation and taxation of corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and joint ventures.
• Counseling business and individual clients in a wide range of tax and estate planning matters, with an emphasis on estate planning and family wealth transfer. Experience in trust matters, pre- and post-marital agreements, tax planning for closely held businesses, drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, and charitable law matters.
• Counseling fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates, including related probate and trust litigation.
